At DreamBody Luxe Medspa, we provide customized, non-invasive post-operative aesthetic care for clients who have undergone cosmetic body, facial and neck procedures and have been appropriately cleared by their surgeon or medical provider.
With more than 16 years of experience in body contouring and post-operative care, Christina Perez takes an individualized approach to every client. Your treatment plan is based on the procedure you had, the areas treated, your stage of recovery, your current concerns and your individual aesthetic goals.
Every body heals differently. Your post-operative care should reflect that.
Why Consider Post-Operative Aesthetic care?
Healing doesn’t happen overnight.
As your body continues to recover following cosmetic surgery, the appearance and feel of the treated areas may continue to change over the weeks and months that follow.

Experience Matters After Surgery
Post-operative body contouring requires more than simply knowing how to operate a device.
Christina Perez began her aesthetic career in 2010, working with body-contouring and post-operative clients early in her career. She has continued working with post-operative clients throughout her years in practice, giving her extensive experience evaluating different bodies, aesthetic concerns and stages of recovery.
That experience has helped shape the DreamBody philosophy:
Treat the Person in Front of You — Not Simply the Treatment Area.
We believe in conservative treatment selection, realistic expectations, individualized treatment planning and communication with a client’s medical team when appropriate.
Just as importantly, we recognize when something should not be treated aesthetically.
If a concern appears outside our scope of practice or requires medical evaluation, treatment will not be performed and you will be referred back to your surgeon or appropriate medical provider.

DreamBody Post-Operative Body Care
Depending on your procedure, stage of recovery, candidacy and medical clearance, your customized plan may incorporate appropriate DreamBody technologies.
DreamBody Radiofrequency for the Body
Our non-invasive radiofrequency treatments may be incorporated into a post-operative aesthetic plan when appropriate.
Treatment is customized to the individual area and may be considered for clients seeking to improve the overall appearance of their skin and achieve a smoother, firmer-looking appearance as recovery progresses.
DreamBody Ultrasound Body Contouring
For appropriately cleared body-treatment clients, DreamBody ultrasound body-contouring technology may be considered as part of a customized treatment plan based on the treatment area, stage of recovery and individual aesthetic concerns.
Your treatment plan may focus on areas that appear or feel:
Firm or tight
Uneven in texture
Irregular in contour
Different from surrounding tissue as healing progresses
Not every post-operative client will be appropriate for every DreamBody technology. Treatment recommendations are determined individually following consultation and appropriate clearance.
DreamBody ultrasound/cavitation is used on appropriate body areas only and is never performed on the face or neck.
DreamBody RF Following Facelift & Neck-Lift Procedures
Facial and neck surgery has its own unique recovery journey.
Even after the initial stages of healing, patients may continue to notice changes in the appearance and feel of the skin and surrounding tissue as recovery progresses.
Once the patient has been appropriately cleared by their surgeon, DreamBody Radiofrequency may be considered as part of a customized post-operative aesthetic plan following procedures such as:
Facelift
Mini facelift
Neck lift
Other facial or neck cosmetic procedures when RF treatment is considered appropriate following medical clearance
DreamBody RF offers a non-invasive approach to supporting the appearance of the skin as the face and neck continue to heal.
Depending on the patient’s stage of recovery and individual concerns, treatment may be customized with the aesthetic goal of supporting:
A smoother-looking skin surface
A firmer-looking appearance
Improved appearance of skin texture
Areas that may appear uneven as healing progresses
Overall facial and neck rejuvenation following recovery
Because facial surgery involves delicate tissues and individual surgical techniques, post-operative RF is never approached as a standard, one-size-fits-all protocol.
Timing and treatment recommendations are determined individually, and surgeon or medical-provider clearance may be required before treatment begins.
Face & Neck = DreamBody Radiofrequency Only
DreamBody ultrasound/cavitation is never performed on the face or neck.
Post-operative face and neck services utilize appropriate DreamBody Radiofrequency treatment only when the client is an appropriate candidate and has been sufficiently cleared following surgery.
DreamBody RF is not used to treat surgical complications and does not replace your surgeon’s post-operative care.

Treatment availability depends on the surgical procedure, treatment area, stage of recovery, provider clearance and individual candidacy.
What DreamBody Post-Operative Care Is NOT
Your safety comes first.
DreamBody post-operative services are supportive aesthetic services and do not replace medical or surgical aftercare provided by your surgeon or healthcare team.
We do not diagnose or treat:
Surgical complications
Infections
Seromas
Open or improperly healed wounds
Medical conditions
Any concern requiring medical diagnosis or intervention
If you experience symptoms that may indicate a complication, or if we identify something that requires medical evaluation, DreamBody treatment will not be performed and you will be directed back to your surgeon or appropriate healthcare provider.
Your surgeon’s instructions always take priorit
When Can I Begin Post-Operative care treatments?
There is no universal timeline that’s appropriate for every client.
The type of procedure you’ve undergone, how your body is healing, your surgeon’s instructions, the treatment area and the specific DreamBody technology being considered all matter.
For this reason, we recommend beginning with a complimentary phone consultation before scheduling post-operative treatment.
During your consultation, we’ll discuss:
The procedure you had
Your surgery date
Areas that were treated
What you’re currently experiencing
Your surgeon’s post-operative instructions
Whether you have been cleared for additional aesthetic treatments
Your concerns and aesthetic goals
If you appear to be a potential candidate, we’ll recommend an in-person assessment as the next step.
Your Post-Op Care Journey Starts With a conversation
Step 1 — Complimentary Phone Consultation
Start with a complimentary phone consultation with Christina.
Tell us about your procedure, where you are in your recovery and what concerns you currently have.
We’ll discuss whether it may be appropriate to move forward with an in-person assessment.
Step 2 — In-Person Consultation & Assessment
If you’re a potential candidate, the next step is a personalized in-person assessment.
In-Person Consultation: $85
This allows us to evaluate the areas of concern, discuss your recovery and determine which treatment approach may be appropriate.
If you move forward, your entire $85 consultation fee will be applied toward your treatment session or package purchase.
Step 3 — Your Customized Post-Op Plan
If you’re an appropriate candidate and have the necessary clearance, we’ll recommend a treatment plan based on your procedure, treatment area, recovery stage and individual goals.
There is no pressure to purchase a package.
Step 4 — Ongoing Evaluation
Your body can continue changing throughout recovery.
Rather than automatically performing the same treatment at every appointment, we can reassess your progress and modify the aesthetic treatment approach when appropriate.
Post-Operative Treatment Packages
Because post-operative needs can vary considerably from one client to another, we don’t believe clients should have to select their own post-operative package online.
Your recommended number of treatments is determined after your consultation and assessment.
