Because our services and treatments are custom and time-based, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

    •    Once a session, package, or product is purchased, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    •    Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum 24-hour notice to ensure availability.

    •    In the rare event of a medical contraindication or unforeseen circumstance, we may offer service credits or rescheduling options at our discretion.
