How many treatments will I need?

Every client is different.

Most clients require 4–6 treatments per area, spaced approximately one week apart or more. During your complimentary consultation, we’ll evaluate your concerns and develop a personalized treatment plan designed specifically for you.

Will I lose weight?

Accepted Answer

Body contouring is not a weight-loss treatment.

Instead, it targets stubborn pockets of fat that often remain despite healthy eating and exercise. Our goal is to improve body shape, contour, skin quality, and confidence—not replace a healthy lifestyle.

Am I a good candidate?

Can body contouring tighten skin?

Yes.

Our radio frequency technology stimulates collagen and elastin production, helping improve skin firmness and elasticity over time. Results continue developing for several weeks following treatment as new collagen is produced.

Can body contouring help with cellulite?

Accepted Answer

Yes.

While cellulite cannot be permanently eliminated, body contouring may significantly improve its appearance by tightening the skin, improving circulation, supporting lymphatic drainage, and reducing localized fat.

For the best results, we also encourage:

Regular strength training
Daily movement
Proper hydration
Adequate protein intake
Maintaining a healthy body composition

Can body contouring help lipedema?

Many clients with lipedema may benefit from our customized treatment protocols.

Although body contouring does not cure lipedema, treatments may help improve circulation, reduce inflammation, soften fibrotic tissue, support lymphatic drainage, and improve overall body contour.

Each client is evaluated individually.

Is body contouring painful?

Most clients describe treatment as relaxing and comfortable.

Ultrasound cavitation produces a mild warming sensation and radio frequency feels similar to a warm massage. Treatments require no anesthesia and there is typically no downtime.

When will I see results?

Most clients notice subtle or noticeable improvements after their first treatment and more within the days following.

However, most clients begin seeing more noticeable changes after their 2nd session, with continued improvements developing over several weeks as the body naturally processes fat and produces new collagen.

Slower results may come to those with PCOS or other hormonal imbalances.

For the best possible results, clients are expected to follow the recommended treatment plan, including staying properly hydrated, consuming adequate protein, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, attending scheduled appointments, and following all pre- and post-treatment instructions.
If a prospective client is unwilling to follow these recommendations or is not committed to the treatment protocol, we may respectfully decline treatment.
